摘要
Alloy X是一种添加了钴和钨的镍-铬-钼合金,具有优良的抗氧化性和高温强度,塑性好,易于成形,但同时也存在着易产生结晶裂纹、焊缝成形差等缺点。文中通过焊接工艺评定试验,探索出适宜的焊接工艺方案,并成功应用于压力容器设备制造。
Alloy X is an alloy that add Co and W into Ni - Cr - Mo alloy,has excellent oxidation resistance,high temperature strength,anc good plasticity.But it has some shortcomings such as easy formation of solidification crack and poor weld appearance.Through the welding procedure qualification test,a suitable welding technology was determined and successfully used in manufacturing the pressure vessel.
