摘要 焊接热输入是焊接工艺的一个综合参数,它比较简单地描述了焊接能量的来源与大小,但没有阐明热能输入到焊接部位后能量是如何传递与分布的,因此在焊接热输入计算公式中并不能直接体现出其与焊接接头的形状以及组织性能的关系。焊接温度场更能准确地表征焊接热输入在焊接接头中的分布特点,进而更有效全面地反映焊接热输入对焊接接头组织与性能的影响。传统非波形控制焊接方法的焊接热输入公式已不能科学合理的表达波形控制焊接方法的热输入问题。 The welding heat input is a comprehensive parameter of welding procedure.It briefly indicates the source and size of welding energy rather than describes the transmission and distribution after the heat being transferred to the welding parts,so the welding heat input formula cannot reflect its influence on the structure property and shape of the welded joint directly.More accurate characterization of energy distribution in the welded joint can be acquired by using welding temperature field,resulting in more efficiently reflecting how the welding heat input affect the microstructure and properties of welded joint.In order to give scientific and rational expression of the heat input of the waveform control welding,the traditional non-waveform control welding heat input formula is not enough.
