摘要 对5A02与0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的电子束焊接进行了研究,结果表明,5A02与0Cr18Ni9不锈钢电子束焊接性较差,存在接头裂纹敏感性强,最佳工艺区间范围窄的问题。为了进一步提高接头的力学性能,需要引入中间层金属,一方面降低接头中的残余应力,另一方面通过中间层的冶金作用减少接头中的脆性组织或改善脆性相的分布情况。综合考虑异种金属焊接熔点、塑性等物理性能方面的要求,初步选择AlSi7作为铝/钢电子束焊接的中间层。对引入中间层后的接头显微组织和力学性能进行了分析,焊缝内生成连续分布的FeAl3化合物相。这些化合物相是产生裂纹的主要原因,并且显著降低接头抗拉强度。 The electron beam welding of 5A02 aluminum alloy and 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel was carried out.The results indicated that the electron beam weldability of 5A02 aluminum alloy and 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel is relatively poor.There are problems such as high cracking sensitivity and narrow optimum process range.The interlayer metal was used to further improve the mechanical properties of the joint.On the one hand it can reduce the residual stress in the joints,on the other hand it can reduce the brittle microstructure and improve the distribution of brittle phase in the joints through the metallurgical effect of interlayer.Considering the requirements of dissimilar metal welding in physical properties, such as melting point and plasticity,AlSi7 was used as the interlayer of aluminum/steel electron beam welding.The microstructure and mechanical properties of joints were investigated with interlayer,and here is FeA13 intermetallic compound phase which is continuous distribution in the weld.This intermetallic compound phase is the main reason to generate cracks and makes the tensile strength of the joint decreased significantly.
