摘要 1病例介绍患者女，23岁，因双侧面颊部凹陷16年于2011年11月入院。患者主述自7岁始不明原因出现双侧面颊部消瘦，随年龄增长面颊部萎缩凹陷明显加重，上肢、躯干消瘦，但双侧大腿明显增粗，青春期后病情进展稳定，因不影响生活一直未予治疗。
