阀芯端帽工作面激光合金化工艺优化

Process Optimization of the Laser Surface Alloying on End Cap

摘要 利用固体脉冲Nd:YAG激光器研究脉冲工作电流、扫描速度和光斑直径对阀芯端帽工作面激光合金化质量的影响,以合金层的表面硬度和厚度作为衡量指标,通过正交试验得出最优工艺参数组合为:脉冲工作电流I=75 A,扫描速度v=80 mm/min,光斑直径d=1.5 mm。 The pulse current, scanning speed and spot diameter, which influence the alloying quality of end cap, had been studied with solid pulse Nd:YAG laser. The alloying quality was measured by the surface hardness and thickness of the alloy layers. The optimum process parameters are gained by orthogonal test, which consist of pulse current 1=75 A, scanning speed v =80 mndmin, spot diameter d= 1.6 mm.
