摘要
为获得用于工业应用的高功率、高光束质量脉冲激光输出。理论分析了谐振腔结构,设计出双棒串接、双氙灯泵浦的平行平面腔脉冲Nd∶YAG激光器,使用像传递系统和90°偏振旋转器有效补偿热致双折射效应,激光器稳定工作在基模动力学稳定区边界时,实现了平均功率971 W、光束参数积11.43 mm.mrad的激光输出,与理论分析相符。
In order to achieve the high power and high beam quality pulsed laser, the structure of resonator has been analyzed theoretically, a pulsed laser with two Nd:YAG rods was pumped by double Xe-lamp and a plane-parallel resonator was constructed. The thermal induced birefringence was compensated by the imaging relay optical system and a 90 ° quartz rotator. The birefringence compensation effect was very obvious. When the pulsed laser was operating near the boundary of dynamic stable region, the stable average power was 971W and the beam parameter product was 11.43 mm'mrad by experiment. The results were quite consistent with the theoretical analysis.
