摘要
利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对DC04系列深冲钢进行了单道次压缩试验,得到该钢种连铸坯在进行CSP轧制时高温变形过程中的真应力-应变曲线,通过回归分析得到其动态再结晶数学模型为:Z=ε觶exp(194.021RT);动态再结晶的判定条件分别为Z=8.817×107exp(15.736εc)、Z=8.009×107exp(9.928εs)。在此基础上建立动态再结晶的三维模型图,利用该模型图可有效避免轧制时产生的混晶现象。
Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator was applied to obtain the true stres-tme strain curves of DC04 deep drawing steel during high temperature deformation by CSP(Compact Strip Production). Then the mathematical models and the critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization were established, which are Z=b exp ( 194.021 ),Z=8.817 x 107 exp(15.7366c) andZ=8.009 x 107 exp (9.928e,). Based on these models, a three-dimensional dynamical recrystallization model was obtained, and then it can avoid the appearance of mixed grain during rolling process.
