摘要
为评价某国产钢板的低温力学性能,将其与进口钢板在-40℃下进行疲劳对比试验,再将疲劳断裂的钢板做成标准试样进行冲击和拉伸性能测试。结果表明:在冲击功方面,同批次国产钢板的冲击功变化较大,而进口钢板变化相对较小。在抗拉强度方面,随着冲击功增大,国产钢板的抗拉强度有一定的下降幅度(为80MPa);进口钢板维持在一个较稳定水平。在疲劳寿命方面,加载条件相同时,进口钢板的疲劳寿命高于国产钢板,且随着冲击功增大,国产钢板和进口钢板的疲劳寿命均出现先上升后下降的规律;国产钢板疲劳寿命最高点对应的冲击功37J,抗拉强度1135 MPa。
In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of a domestic steel plate at low temperature, a fatigue test was carried out at -40℃ and the result was compared with that of an imported steel plate. Atter that, the impact toughness and tensile properties was carried out with standard samples made by the same domestic steel plate. The results show that under the same loading condition, the impact toughness of the domestic steel shows significant variation, while the variation in imported steel is much smaller. Meanwhile, with the increase of impact toughness, the tensile strength of the domestic steel drops by a certain amplitude (about 80 MPa), whereas the imported steel is in maintained stable. In terms of fatigue-life, the imported steel is higher than that of the domestic steel, and the corresponding impact toughness and a tensile strength with the highest point of the fatigue-life is 37 J and 1135 MPa in domestic steel plate, respectively.
