摘要
采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验研究了经济型耐候钢高温塑性和连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,试验钢塑性较好,两种试验钢的高温塑性规律基本相同,断面收缩率在40%~90%;Cu元素有扩大奥氏体区和延迟贝氏体转变的作用。工业应用结果表明:经济型耐候钢室温力学性能与对比钢相当,可代替现有同级别普通钢应用于实际生产。
The high temperature plastic properties and continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curve of economical weathering steel were researched by Gleeble 3500 hot simulator. The results show that testing steel has good plasticity,high temperature plastic rule of two kinds of testing steel were basically same. The contraction of cross sectional area range is 40% -90%. The rule was concluded from the research of phase transformation behavior copper has the effects of enlarging austenite area and can delay the bainite transformation. The result of industry application show that the economical weathering steel has correspondence mechanical properties at room temperature to paired steel, and it can be used to replace the same grade steel in actual production.
