ER5模具钢的“低淬低回”工艺研究

摘要 研究了"低淬低回"工艺对ER5钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高淬火温度能明显增加ER5钢的二次硬化能力,但会导致韧性变差。采用1090℃淬火+500℃回火的"低淬低回"工艺,也能取得良好的综合力学性能。 The influences of low quenching and low tempering technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ER5 steel were studied. The results show that the second hardening ability of ER5 steel increases with the increase of quenching temperature, but can lead to toughness becomes poor. The better comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained after low quenching and low tempering treatment.
