摘要
研究了时效处理对往复挤压后的AS42镁合金显微组织及性能的影响。结果表明:随时效时间的延长,AS42合金的显微组织变得越来越粗大,晶界及晶粒内部均有颗粒相析出,当析出相的数量达到一定程度后,即使时效时间再长也不会使其析出相的数量增多,只会使基体组织中的小尺寸晶粒数量减少,并使合金的显微硬度有所降低。
The effects of aging treatment on the microstructure and properties of AS42 alloy prepared by reciprocating extrusion were studied. The results show that the microstructure of AS42 alloy becomes coarse with the increase of aging time, and there are precipitation phase on grain boundary and intragranular of AS42 alloy. The number of precipitation phase will not increase even extended aging time and the small grain size number and the microhardness of the alloy decreases with the increase of aging time.
