摘要
通过计算机模拟优化方法,确定了E级钢材料的最佳热处理工艺参数。采用优化的调质热处理工艺参数对E级钢锻造钩尾框进行热处理后,测试材料的力学性能和组织变化。结果表明:材料在保持高塑性的同时,强度提高了8.3%,材料组织为均匀的回火索氏体,组织和性能指标均达到铁道部有关的技术要求。
The optimum heat treatment parameters of grade E steel 25MnNlt^rMoA were o0tamea mrougn computer simulation optimization. The microstructure and mechanical properties of grade E steel were researched after heat treatment. The results show that the strength of grade E steel treated with optimized parameters is raised by 8.3% at high plasticity level. Microstructure is tiny and uniform tempering sorbite. The microstructure and properties of 25MnNiCrMoA meet the technical specifications issued by ministry of railways.
