介绍了感应加热表面淬火的物理基础及基本原理,分析了感应加热表面淬火的组织转变特征,重点阐述了不同预备热处理状态对感应加热淬火质量的影响。
The physical base and principle theory of induction heating surface hardening were described. The characteristics of microstructure transformation of surface hardening induction heating was analyzed. The effects of different preheating treatment on the quality of induction hardening were reviewed.
