Bcl-2在膀胱肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

Bcl-2 expression in human bladder tumors

目的 :探讨bcl- 2蛋白在人膀胱癌中表达的临床意义。方法 :取 5 7例经病理证实的膀胱肿瘤标本 ,应用免疫组化技术检测石蜡包埋在组织切片中bcl- 2的表达。结果 :正常膀胱粘膜组织bcl- 2蛋白呈阴性。膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅰ级 15例 ,阳性率13 .3 % ;Ⅱ级 16例 ,阳性率 6 .2 % ;Ⅲ级 18例 ,阳性率 5 0 .0 %。膀胱横纹肌肉瘤阳性 1例 ,葡萄状肉瘤阳性 1例 ,内胚窦瘤阳性1例。结论 :凋亡抑制基因bcl- 2蛋白在人膀胱不同细胞类型的肿瘤中有表达 。

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of bcl-2 protein expression in human bladder tumors.Methods:Bcl-2 protein expression was investigated by immunocytoc hemistry from paraffinembedded tissues from 57 patients with bladder tumor.Results:Normal bladder mucosa showed no immunoreactivity for bcl-2.Bcl-2 positive expression appeared in 49 transitional cell cacinomas(TCC),l rhabdomyosarcoma,1 botryoid sarcoma and 1 endodermal sinus tumor,The positive expression rates in grade Ⅰ、Ⅱand Ⅲof TCC were 13.3%,6.2% and 50.0% respectively.Conclusion:Bcl-2 expression can be detected in TCC and other tumors of bladder.It might be related to the tumor grade of TCC.
