EGFR和Annexin-Ⅰ在子宫内膜异位症异位内膜的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和膜联蛋白-I(Annexin-Ⅰ)在子宫内膜异位症(EMT)异位内膜的表达,探讨二者表达的变化与EMT的关系。方法:选取32例EMT患者(研究组)异位内膜及在位内膜,其中轻度组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)16例(增殖期8例,分泌期8例),重度组(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)16例(增殖期8例,分泌期8例)。同时获取16例非EMT患者的子宫内膜标本作为对照组(增殖期8例,分泌期8例)。采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测EGFR和Annexin-Ⅰ在各内膜组织中的表达,并比较其表达水平。结果:研究组异位内膜中EGFR的表达水平明显高于研究组在位内膜,研究组异位内膜Annexin-I的表达水平明显低于研究组在位内膜,二者差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。EMT重度组在位内膜及异位内膜中EGFR和Annexin-Ⅰ的表达水平与EMT轻度组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组在位内膜组织及研究组在位内膜和异位内膜组织EGFR和Annexin-Ⅰ在分泌期和增殖期的表达水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:EGFR和Annexin-Ⅰ在EMT异位内膜表达水平的变化与EMT的发生、发展有关,而与子宫内膜的周期性变化无关。 Objective:To explore the expression of EGFR and Annexin-Ⅰ in the ectopic foci of endometrio- sis (EMT), and the potential relationship with the development of endometdosis. Methods: The eutopic and ectopic endometria samples were collected from 32 EMT patients who were assigned into 2 groups as fol-lows:16 cases in mild group(Ⅰ, Ⅱ )(8 cases in proliferative phase,8 cases in secretory phase) ,and 16 ca- ses in severe group(Ⅲ, Ⅳ) (8 cases in proliferative phase,8 cases in secretory phase). The eutopic endo- metria from 16 patients without endometriosis were collected as control group (8 cases in proliferative phase, 8 cases in secretory phase). The expressions of EGFR and Annexin-Ⅰ were examined by RT-PCR and ana- lyzed statistically. Results:The expression of EGFR in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium in endometriosis group (P 〈0.01 ). The expression of Annexin-Ⅰ in ectopic endome- trium of endometriosis was significantly lower than that in eutopic endometrium in endometriosjs group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Significant differences of the expressions of EGFR and Annexin-Ⅰ were both found between mild andsevere EMT groups (P 〈0. 05). No significant difference of either EGFR or Annexin-Ⅰ expression was found between the proliferative phase and secretive phase ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions:The elevated levels of EGFR and Annexin-Ⅰ expression in the ectopic endometria of endometriosis may play an important role in the development of endometriosis.
