摘要 总结韶钢8号高炉低燃料比冶炼的管理措施和操作实践。通过加强入炉原燃料质量的管理,实现低渣量冶炼,优化高炉操作制度,提高煤气利用率,稳定炉况;提高热风温度、适宜的富氧,实施低硅冶炼技术,加强炉外出铁的管理,不断提高煤比、降低焦比,使8号高炉燃料比下降到505 kg/t左右,达到全国同类型高炉先进水平。进一步降低生产消耗及成本,使高炉各项技术经济指标大幅度提高。 This paper reviews the management measures and operation practices for low fuel ratio smelting of the No. 8 blast furnace at Shaosteel. Those measures and practices include strengthening quality management of the raw fuel for the furnace, realizing low slag rate smelting, optimizing the blast furnace operation system, improving the gas utilization rate and stabilizing the furnace conditions. Other measures have also been taken to raise the air temperature, create suitable oxygen-rich environment, implement low silicon smelting technology, strengthen tapping management, and continuously raise the coal ratio and lower the coke rate. As a result, the fuel ratio of the No. 8 blast furnace has dropped to about 505 kg/t, reaching the advanced level among its kind in China. At the same time, the consumption and production cost of the blast furnace have been further reduced and the technical and economic indicators of the furnace have been greatly improved.
