摘要
某冷轧厂酸轧拉矫机张力辊传动系统需由混凝土基础移位到钢结构平台上,为评估该项改造是否会造成传动系统振动状态劣化,提出采用现场实测与有限元谐响应仿真相结合的方法研究其振动特性,并以传动系统中的1号齿轮箱为例验证其可行性。有限元仿真结果与实测数据吻合,仿真结果及改造完成后的实测数据均表明,基础移位后张力辊传动系统振动烈度仍处于良好状态。
The bridle roller transmission system of the CDCM leveler of a cold rolling plant must be moved from the concrete foundation to a steel structure platform. In order to find out whether this relocation would cause deterioration of the vibration status of the transmission system, we studied the vibration characteristics of this system by the work field test and finite element analysis, and confirmed its feasibility by taking the No. 1 gear box as an example. The finite element analysis results were in accordance with the testing data, and the vibration severity of the bridle roller transmission system maintained in a good state after the foundation was relocated.
