高分化胎儿型肺腺癌1例
摘要
患者男，23岁。咳嗽伴痰中带血。胸部CT及PET／CT检查发现左上肺前段5．6cm×6．7cm×6．2cm大小肿物，分叶状、SUV平均值／最大值6．6／11．6，病变累及纵隔胸膜；
