摘要
目的探讨乳腺化生性癌的临床病理特点。方法复习1例乳腺化生性癌的临床病理资料并结合文献讨论。结果该例镜下见2种高级别的肿瘤细胞成分,部分为上皮细胞巢,部分为间叶样组织,局部坏死、出血。免疫组化示肿瘤细胞ER、PR和HER-2(-);上皮细胞34βE12和AE1/AE3(+);间叶细胞vimentin、CD99和S-100(+)。结论化生性癌绝大部分为三阴性癌,侵袭性强。
Objective To investigate the clinical, pathological characteristics of metaplastic breast carcinomas. Methods The clinicopathological data were analyzed in one case of metaplastic breast carcinoma, with review of literature. Results Two kinds of tumor cell components were seen under a microscope with local hemorrhage and necrosis, in which one kind of cells was epithelial cell nests, and the other was mesenchymal ceils. Immunohistochemical staining showed that ER, PR, HER-2, 3413E12 and AE1/AE3 were positive in the epithelial ceils. Vim, CD99 and S-100 were positive in the mesenchymal ceils. Conclusion Metaplastic carcinomas are mostly aggressive tumors, generally with a “triple-negative” phenotype.
