细胞毒素相关基因A(+)幽门螺杆菌根除对原发性高血压患者外周血循环内皮微粒及动脉弹性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨细胞毒素相关基因A(+)幽门螺杆菌根除对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能及动脉弹性的影响。方法选择细胞毒素相关基因A(+)幽门螺杆菌感染的原发性高血压患者62例为根除治疗组,同期就诊的62例无幽门螺杆菌感染的原发性高血压患者为对照组。在常规降压治疗基础上,根除治疗组给予根除幽门螺杆菌治疗1周,对照组给予安慰剂治疗1周,随访6个月。两组研究对象在研究前后均行血脂、外周血循环内皮微粒水平及动脉弹性检测。结果与根除前比较,根除治疗组根除后血浆胆固醇、外周血循环内皮微粒水平明显降低,小动脉弹性指数(C2)明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对合并细胞毒素相关基因A(+)幽门螺杆菌感染的原发性高血压患者,根除幽门螺杆菌可能改善患者血管内皮功能及动脉弹性。 Aim To investigate the effect of cytotoxin associated gene A( + ) Helicobacter pylori eradication on vascular endothelial function and arterial elasticity in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 62 essential hy- pertension patients infected with cytotoxin associated gene A ( + ) Helicobacter pylori (eradication therapy group)and 62 essential hypertension patients without infecting with Helicobacter pylori (control group) were recruited into the study. The patients in eradication therapy group were adminstrated with eradication therapy for a week to Helicobacter pylorl, how- ever, the patients in control group were adminstrated with placebo for a week on the basis of general treatment. The levels of plasma lipids, circulating endothelial- derived microparticles and arterial elasticity were performed at the beginning and the end of study in all subjects. The follow-up period was 6 months. Results In comparison with the levels at begin- ning, the levels of plasma total cholesterol and circulating endothelial-derived microparticles were significantly decreased and C2 significantly increased in erdication therapy group at the end of study ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Helicobacter pylori eradication might improve the vascular endothelial function and arterial elasticity in essential hypertension patients in- fected with cytotoxin associated gene A( + ) Helicobacter pylori.
