不同组织学类型肾癌中E-cadherin表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在不同组织学类型肾癌中的表达,探讨其与不同组织学类型肾癌临床病理诊断的意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测97例不同类型肾癌、5例正常及炎症组织中E-cadherin的表达。分析不同组织类型肿瘤中E-cadherin的表达差异;同时探讨透明细胞肾癌中E-cadherin表达与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤大小的关系。结果 E-cadherin在不同组织学类型的肾癌中表达存在差异,其中嫌色细胞癌阳性率为100%(3/3);而乳头状肾细胞癌阳性率为0(0/7);肾透明细胞癌阳性率较低为20.97%(13/62);尿路上皮癌表达较高,阳性率为53.85%(7/13)。肾透明细胞癌E-cadherin表达与肿瘤的大小有关,与患者年龄、性别无关。结论 E-cadherin在不同组织学类型肾癌中表达存在差异,对肾癌的临床病理诊断具有应用价值。
