子宫颈及阔韧带原发Ewing肉瘤/外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤临床病理及免疫组化特征分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨子宫原发Ewing肉瘤/外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤(EWS/pPNET)的临床病理特征、免疫表型及鉴别诊断。方法对2例子宫颈及阔韧带EWS/pPNET进行免疫组化EnVision两步法检测,并复习相关文献。结果 2例EWS/pPNET分别发生于子宫颈和子宫阔韧带,患者年龄分别为60岁和32岁。肿瘤由幼稚深染的小圆形细胞组成,阔韧带肿瘤细胞核呈粗颗粒状,局灶可见小核仁,子宫颈EWS/pPNET细胞核染色质细腻,胞质稀少,核分裂象易见。免疫表型:vimentin、CD99及Syn阳性,PAS染色胞质呈灶状阳性,CK、CD45阴性。结论子宫颈及阔韧带EWS/pPNET是一种罕见的小细胞恶性肿瘤,免疫表型及特染在鉴别诊断中发挥了重要作用。
