摘要 人类表皮生长因子受体2（human epidermalgrowth factor receptor 2, HER-2）又称CerbB2，是一相对分子质量约18．5×10。的跨膜受体，其表达与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关，曲妥珠单抗（Herceptin）是针对癌细胞HER-2基因靶点的第一个分子靶向药物。
