青春期卵巢混合性生殖细胞肿瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患抒女性，13岁，发脱腹部肿块1月余，于2012年4月3日入院。1周前无明显诱因出现腹部胀痛不适，呈持续性隐胀痛，未向其它处放射，后无间中发现下腹部有一包块。查体：下腹部稍隆起，腹壁尚软，中下腹部触及一包块，
