摘要 暴发性1型糖尿病是特发性1型糖尿病的一种亚型，由日本学者Imagawa等^[1]于2000年首次提出。该病胰岛β细胞破坏，高血糖症状和酮症酸中毒进展迅速，病情十分危重，
