目的 探讨眼组织银染核仁组成区 (Ag NOR)染色的效果和意义。方法 对部分正常眼组织、激光屈光性角膜切削术后角膜组织及小梁切除术滤过泡区组织进行 Ag NOR染色 ,光镜下观察组织结构和银染颗粒。结果 Ag NOR染色可清晰地显示出眼组织结构和细胞核中银染颗粒。增殖旺盛的细胞核中银染颗粒数增多。结论 Ag

Objective To investigate the effect and significance of silver staining for nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR) in eyes.Methods AgNOR staining method was used in the normal eye tissue section, the corneal tissue section after photorefractive keratectomy and the bleb area section after trabeculectomy, and the histologic structure and the stained grains were observed under light microscope.Results The histologic structure, the number and distribution of positive grains could be seen clearly by AgNOR staining. The number of stained grains increased during the period of cell proliferation.Conclusion The AgNOR staining provides us with an alternative method to study the status of cell proliferation for eye tissue at the level of gene control.
