摘要
目的 通过观察眼球摘除术后结膜下组织的病理变化 ,探讨结膜囊缩窄发生的病理机制。方法 选择眼球摘除术后发生结膜囊缩窄的病例 ,在不同时间 ,分别切取结膜囊基底部结膜下组织 ,通过特殊染色 ,进行光镜、电镜及免疫组织化学观察。结果 眼球摘除术后 1m o内 ,结膜下眶组织内出现较多的胞浆内富含肌动蛋白微丝的肌成纤维细胞(m yofibroblast)和胶原纤维 ,术后随着时间推移 ,肌成纤维细胞数量逐渐减少 ,而胶原纤维逐渐增多。
Objective To explore the machanisms of histopathologic changes with constriction of conjunctival sac post enucleation of eyeball.Methods The histopathologic changes of the tissue within the orbit with the deformity of conjunctival sac after the eyeball enucleation were investigated by means of light,transmission electron microscopy and immunohistochemical method.Results One month after operation, the tissue of the orbit were proliferation of a great number of myofibroblasts and collagenous fibers with the time passing on, the myofibroblasts within the orbit reduced gradually,whereas collagenous fibers proliferated increasingly.Conclusion The contraction of the myofibroblasts and the mechanical traction of the collagenous fibers can be the main causes responsible for the constriction of conjunctival sac after the eyeball enucleation.
