直流电流下时效对Cu-0.86Cr合金力学性能的影响 被引量:6

Inuence of DC Electric Current on Mechanical Properties of Thermally Aged Cu-0.86Cr Alloy

摘要 采用固溶+冷变形+有无直流电流下时效工艺制备了Cu-0.86Cr合金试样,研究了直流电流下时效对Cu-0.86Cr合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,直流电流使合金时效后抗拉强度达到最大值所需的时效时间较短,并使抗拉强度极值降低,较无电流时低28MPa。同时直流电流改善了合金的塑性。组织观察表明,在时效过程中Cu-0.86Cr合金主要发生了回复。 Cu-0. 86Cr alloy was prepared using solution-treated, cold deformation and aging treatment with and without DC electric current. Influences of DC electric current on microstructures and mechani- cal properties of thermally aged Cu-0.86Cr alloy were examined. The results show that the aging time for the alloy to reach maximum tensile strength can be shorten with the decrease of the peak of tensile strength by 28 MPa after DC electric current. Meanwhile, DC electric current can improve plasticity of the alloy. The microstructure observation indicates that the recovery occurs in the alloy during aging process.
