摘要
目的 :寻找采用有机溶剂提取沙棘油的最佳参数。方法 :对沙棘油提取分离工艺进行系统研究。结果 :得油率可达8.0 0～ 11.0 3% ,且油色棕黄澄清 ,质量好 ,简便、易行。结论 :工艺适用于工业大生产 ,如能推广 ,可节约原料达 2 1～2 9% ,具有较好的经济效益。
Objective: To find out the optimum parameters for organic solvent extraction method. Methods: The extraction and separation processes were systematically studied. Results: The oil yeild reached 80.00～11.03%. And the oil color was clear with brownish yellow. This method was also simple and convenient. Conclusion: The method is available for industrial production at large scale with a good economic efficiency. The raw materials saving is 21～29%.
