摘要
患者男，24岁。因“反复头晕1年”入院。患者于1年前无明显诱因出现头晕（不定时发作），偶感头部肿痛，见恶心、呕吐、行走不稳、视物旋转、肢体活动障碍等，近日患者头晕加重。
