摘要
目的 :采用多功能提取罐对阿胶制作时驴皮胶朊蛋白质进行提取。方法 :通过实验和理化分析 ,以确定工艺的可行性。实验在分析了原蒸球密闭提取工艺对阿胶质量带来的影响的基础上 ,改变加热方式、排气方式、技术参数等 ,依照原工艺基本方式进行模拟实验。结果 :经测试或观察 :其质量性状提高明显 ,挥发性碱性物质含量降低2 6 .0 6mg/ 10 0g。结论 :实验证明 :方法先进、可行。
Objective: To extract keratin of donkey skin for the preparation of colla corii Asini by polyfunctional extraction apparatus. Methods: The feasibility of above process was ascerted through experiment and physico chemical analysis. The simulated test was performed on the basis of analyzing the influence of original evaporating globe hermetic extraction technology for the quality of colla corii Asini, and changing the way of heating, exhausting and technical parameter, etc. Results: The result indicated that the quality was greatly raised such as the content of volatile alkaline substances decreasing 26.06mg/100g. Conclusion: This method is proved to be advanced and feasible.
