肌瘤康口服液质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standards for Jiliukang Oral liquid

目的 :建立肌瘤康口服液的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC法对处方中的夏枯草、青蒿、三七等进行定性鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法测定熊果酸的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中均能检出夏枯草、青蒿、三七 ;熊果酸在 0 .5 7～ 2 .85 μg范围呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .996 ,平均回收率 99.1% ,RSD为 3.1%。结论 :所建立的方法可准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective:To establish the quality control standard of Jiliukang Oral liquid. Methods:Spica Prunellae, Herba Artemisiae Annuae, Radix Notoginseng were identified by TLC, and the content of ursolic acid was determined by TLC scanning.Results:The Spica Prunellae, Herba Artemisiae Annuae, Radix Notoginseng could be identified by TLC. Ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.57～2.85μg, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 99.1%, and RSD was 3.1%.Conclusion:The methods are accurate and quick, and can be used for the quality control of Jiliukang Oral liquid.
