摘要
湟水是黄河的一级支流,干流两侧沟壑发育,支流较多,水系发育。2010年7月6日,青海省海晏县、湟源县部分地区出现短时强对流天气,致使湟水流域上游段发生了特大暴雨洪水,造成了重大人员伤亡,农业、水利、交通、电力、通讯等基础设施遭受严重损失。本文根据"2010.07"暴雨洪水实测资料,对产生的暴雨和洪峰过程进行了初步分析,对于研究区域性洪水规律和防洪工程的规划设计提供依据。
Huangshui is one of Yellow River branches, on both sides of the main ravines, many tributaries, and water system developing well. On July 6, 2010, short-term strong convective weather happened both in Haiyan county Haibei state of Qinghai province and in part of Huangyuan county in Xining city, and severe storms flooding happened in Huangshui and caused heavy casualties, the agriculture, water conservancy, transportation, power, communications and other infrastructure suffered heavy losses. According to the measured data of "2010.07" heavy rains and flooding, we pre- liminary analysis the occasion of heavy rain process and the flood peak process. It has certain directive significance on regional flood and flood control project planning law.
