摘要 产能规模是住宅产业化基地建设所要考虑的主要方面,本文以运输成本作为主要影响因素,根据经济效益最大化原理,推算基地的市场区域覆盖范围;再通过预测市场年需求量来确定基地的产能规模,为基地的产能规模建设提供有效的决策模型。该模型可推广到类似行业的生产基地产能规模决策中。 Production scale is the major aspect of the consideration of housing industrialization base construction.In this paper based on the economic benefit maximization principle,we compute the market area cover of the base by taking the transport cost as the main influence factors;Then through predicting the annual requirement of the market,we count the capacity scale of the base.At last we propose a decision model which can effectively fix on the construction of the production scale of the base.This model could also be extended to solve the decision problem of capacity scale in the similar industry.
