摘要
目的 :建立消痔灵胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定其中胆酸的含量。结果 :平均回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD =4.5 % (n =6 )。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确 ,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of cholic acid in Xiaozhiling capsules.Mothods:The content was determined by TLC scanning.Results:The average recovery and RSD were 99.6% and 4.5%(n=6) respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and the result is accurate,thus may be used for the quality control of the products.
