摘要
目的 :建立鹿龟酒中多糖的含量测定方法 ,作为其质量控制指标。方法 :根据多糖的特性 ,采用 85 %的乙醇二次沉淀而达到分离纯化 ,最后用硫酸蒽酮比色法测定其含量。结果 :鹿龟酒中多糖平均含量为 0 .0 42 36 ,g/10 0ml,RSD =1.2 5 6 % ,回收率为 94.8%。结论 :此法可消除干扰测定多糖结果的许多因素 ,方法简单 ,结果准确。
Objective: To constitute a content determination methods of polysaccharides in Lu Gui Tincture and the indexes as quality control. methods: Ethanol of 85% deposit twice time was adopted according to the character of polysaccharide, its content was determined by colorimetry of sulfuric acid anthrone. Results: X= 0.04236 g/100 ml RSD=1.256%, the recovery is 94.8%。Conclusions: This method can eliminate many factors which may disturb to determine polysaccharides. The method is simple and the result is accurate.
