HPLC法测定维吾尔药理血奇朗糖浆中没食子酸的含量

Determination of galic acid in Lixue qilang syrup by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定维吾尔药理血奇朗糖浆中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用色谱柱为VP-ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为0.4%磷酸:乙腈(97:3);流速1 mL·min-1;检测波长270nm;柱温;40℃。结果:没食子酸进样量在0.0506μg～0.4060μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.95%,RSD=3.9%。理血奇朗糖浆中没食子酸的平均含量为0.83 mg·mL-1。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于理血奇朗糖浆的质量控制。

Objective：To estabLish a HPLC determination method of galic acid in Lixue qiang syrup.Methods：The column was packed with Waters Symmetry VP-ODS（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was methanol-0.4 % phosphoric acid（3：97）,the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1,the UV detective wavelength was 270 nm.Results：The calibration curves were linear within 0.0506μg～0.4060μg for galic acid（r=0.9999,n=5）,the average recovery of galic acid was 100.95%（RSD=3.90%,n=9）.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate,it can be used for the quality controL of Lixue qilang syrup.
