摘要
采用粉末活性炭(PAC)累积逆流吸附与微滤(MF)联用工艺处理某石化厂废水回用车间的反渗透(RO)浓水,重点考察了对RO浓水中有机污染物的去除效果。结果表明:该工艺能有效去除RO浓水中的有机污染物,对UV254的去除率高达90%以上,对COD、DOC的去除率分别为64.2%、75.7%。采用PAC累积逆流吸附可大大减少PAC用量,节省处理成本。经化学清洗后,微滤膜的通量可以基本恢复。
The combined process of PAC cumulative countercurrent adsorption and microfihration membrane (MF) was used to treat reverse osmosis (RO) concentrate from the wastewater reclamation workshop of a petrochemical plant. The removal effect of organic pollutants in RO concentrate was investi- gated. The results indicated that the organic pollutants in RO concentrate could be removed effectively. The removal rate of UVzs4 was more than 90%, and the removal rates of COD and DOC were 64.2% and 75.7% respectively. PAC cumulative countercurrent adsorption greatly reduced the consumption of PAC and operating costs. After chemical cleaning, the flux of the MF could be recovered almost completely.
