摘要
通过在大型污水处理厂的现场中试,考察了进水SS以及臭氧投加量、接触时间对臭氧氧化处理印染废水的影响。结果表明,进水SS值对臭氧氧化效果影响较大,一般建议臭氧氧化进水SS<30 mg/L;臭氧投加量对臭氧氧化效果有直接影响,考虑投资、运行费用以及处理效果,一般大型污水厂中臭氧投加量宜选择10~15 g/m3;接触时间对臭氧氧化效果也有一定影响,在大型的污水处理厂中,接触时间一般都在45~60 min。
A field pilot test in a large sewage fluence of the influent SS, ozone dosage and contact treatment ptant was perlormeo to time on treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by ozone oxidation. The results showed that influent SS had the greatest impact on ozone oxidation. Influ- ent SS was recommended to be less than 30 mg/L. Ozone dosage had a direct impact on ozone oxidation. Taking into account the investment, the operation cost and the treatment effect, ozone dosage should be 10 to 15 g/m3 in a large wastewater treatment plant. Contact time also had some impact on ozone oxida- tion. The contact time should be 45 to 60 min in a large sewage treatment plant.
