Comparison between Investment Programs of WWTP Based on LCC Theory

摘要 对污水厂进行了全生命周期成本分析,给出了污水厂投资和运行成本计算公式,建立了污水厂全生命周期成本计算模型。对某市氧化沟工艺且设计规模为3×104m3/d的污水厂两种投资方案进行研究,结果表明,采用国产设备能较好地节省初始投资成本,但因能耗过高和设备更新较快,导致污水厂运行成本增加,全生命周期成本费用较高;而采用适量进口外国设备,合理地提高增量成本,则运行成本减少,增量成本效益提高显著,全生命周期成本较低。 The life cycle cost of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) was analyzed, the formulas of investment and operating cost of WWTP were presented, and a calculation model for life cycle cost of WWTP was developed. Two investment programs of WWTP with an oxidation ditch process and design capacity of 3 ×10^4m3/d were studied. The results showed that using domestically made equipment could save initial investment cost, but high energy consumption and quick equipment replacement cycle caused an increase in the WWTP operating cost, which resulted in a high life cycle cost. Using an appropriate a- mount of foreign equipment could rationally increase the incremental cost, but the operating cost was re- duced, the incremental cost benefit was significantly improved, and the life cycle cost was reduced.
