当代我国转型时期社会分层现象应对初探

Countermeasures in Terms of Social Stratification in the Transitional Period of Contemporary China

当代中国社会处于转型时期,与社会转型相伴生的是快速的社会流动与社会分化,在社会流动和社会分化中产生了社会分层问题。但学界对引发社会分层现象的原因及应对策略分析尚欠深入。在唯物史观视域下,运用社会运行发展的复杂性理论,以多学科交叉为学理支撑,从合理配置经济资源,缩小贫富差距;强化教育公平,有序推进社会合理流动;培植社会中间阶层,扶助弱势边缘群体;构建良好的社会保障体系;弱化等级观念,高扬锐意拼搏精神等方面,深度廓清了有效化解当代中国转型时期社会分层问题的应对之策。

Contemporary Chinese society is experiencing a transitional period of rapid social mobility and social differentiation accompanied by social stratification. However, the analysis of the reasons and coping strategies that lead to social stratification is not so further in academia. Under historical materialism some coping strategies are put forward by means of the theory of the com- plexity of social development and the multidisciplinary theoretical approaches. These strategies include allocating rationally the e- conomic resources and narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor, strengthening the fairness of education and promoting the rational flow of society orderly, fostering social middle class and assisting vulnerable marginalized groups, establishing a good so-cial security system, and weakening the sense of hierarchy and highlighting the fighting spirit. This paper clarifies the effective to cope with contemporary social stratification of the transition period in China.
