摘要
明流式板框压滤机在抗生素提取中仍有很广泛的应用 ,如在过滤洗涤时 ,用横穿洗涤法 ,代替现在采用的置换洗涤法 ,可以提高收率 ,减少洗涤液体积和溶媒消耗 。
The plate and frame filter is widely used in antibiotics purification. Instead of substitution washing method, cross washing method was used in the filtration . The results of application of new technology showed that it could decrease the amount of washing water to 50%, reduce the consumption of extractant and improve the yield.
