摘要
针对铁路机车提速、重载引起的牵引布局调整,机车检修体制的变化,以及新型大功率机车以检测代替日常检修所存在的问题,提出机车整备作业,兼顾小辅修作业,利用检测设备进行状态修的具体实施方案,并对该方案实施可行性及经济效益进行分析。
In allusion to the issues caused by locomotive speed-up and heavy haulage, including the adjustment of the traction pattern, the change of the locomotive maintenance system, and the problems in new high-power locomotive detection instead of the daily maintenance, this article puts forward the specific implementation plan for locomotive servicing work in which the small auxiliary maintenance work was given consideration and the detection device was utilized to do the maintenance work based on locomotive's state. In addition, the analysis on the feasibility and the economic benefit about this implementation plan are carried out in this article.
