国内畜产品新鲜度的无损检测研究进展

Research Progress in Domestic Nondestructive Detection of Freshness Quality of Livestock Product

对畜产品新鲜度进行快速无损检测以及评价具有重要的现实意义。为此,综述了当前常用的无损检测技术在国内畜产品新鲜度检测的应用研究现状,包括机器视觉、近红外光谱、电子鼻以及多源信息融合技术等,并分析了其存在问题,提出了新鲜度检测的未来研究发展方向,以期对国内相关研究人员的研究工作提供参考。

Fast non-destructive detection and evaluation on freshness quality of livestock product has an important practical application. This paper reviews the status of non-destructive detection techniques commonly used in domestic research on the freshness of meat products, including machine vision, near infrared spectroscopy, electronic nose and multi-information fusion, etc. The existing problems in freshness detection is analyzed and the development direction of future research in freshness quality detection using nondestructive detection teniques is proposed to researchers on the related stud- y as a reference.
