摘要
设计了一种用于快速检测、低能耗的电容式粮食水分检测仪。该检测仪结构简单,由1个电容传感器和检测电路两部分组成。电容传感器采用平行板电容器,配置边缘效应消除装置,消除边缘效应带来的附加电容的影响,提高检测精度;检测电路采用高精度电容数字转换芯片AD7745结合高速、低功耗、超强抗干扰的STC12 LE5201 AD单片机采集处理电容信号,外围电路简洁,应用灵活。通过实验数据分析,该电容式粮食水分检测仪可以满足粮食水分检测的需要。
A low power-consumption capacitance grain moisture detector is designed for the rapid detection.Its structure is simple,which consists of a capacitance sensor and detection circuit.The capacitance sensor uses a parallel plate capacitor with an edge effect elimination device which can eliminate the edge effect to improve the detection accuracy.The detection circuit combines a high-precision capacitance-to-digital converter AD7745 with a high-speed,low power,super anti-jamming microcontroller STC12LE5201AD to collect and process capacitance signal.It makes the circuit simple and easy ro application.According to the analysis of the experimental data,the capacitance grain moisture detector is satisfactory.
