摘要
以压捆机六杆式压缩机构为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立了六杆机构零件与装配体的三维模型,通过Motion插件对压缩机构的主要构件活塞进行了运动仿真,获得了活塞的速度、加速度、位移以及活塞铰接点作用力的变化规律,为压缩机构的结构设计和工程应用提供了理论依据,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率。
Taking the six-bar compressing mechanism of the baler as the research object,its 3D model was set up using Solidworks software in order to carry out the kinematical simulation for the piston of the mechanism by Motion tool.By this way,the piston displacement,speed,acceleration and the hinged joint force curves are obtained.It can help to improve the theoretical basis for guiding the structure design and engineering applications,shorten the design period and improve the design effieiency.
