摘要
为适应德兴铜矿增产扩能发展的需要,自主开发了KYZB3010浮选柱设计工作,在实际制作过程中采取合理的生产工艺、焊接方法以及安装方案,完成了浮选柱的生产,使单台浮选机的处理量有了显著提高。经使用后效果显示,比起传统的浮选机,浮选柱提高了分选效率和精矿品位,提高了自动化控制程度,减轻了劳动强度。
To adapt to the development requirement of production capacity expansion of Dexing Copper Mine, KYZB3010 flotation column design is self - developed, the reasonable production process, welding method and installation program are adopted in the practice to complete the flotation column production, to ensure single Taiwan flotation machine handling capacity has been improved signifi- cantly. Effect after use shows: comparing to conventional flotation machines, the separation efficiency and concentrate grade are improved, automation and control degree are increased and the labor intensity is reduced.
