摘要 组织职业生涯管理是组织在帮助人们将自己的职业发展和行业市场发展紧密结合,促成人们成功的一系列方法和措施,是人力资源管理科学的一个分支,更是组织行为学、心理学研究的热点。本文综合现有文献及组织职业生涯管理新的发展趋势,提出一些个人见解。
