扬州市环境服务业发展现状及建议

Current Situation and Suggestions to Environmental Service Industry in Yangzhou City

环境服务业作为环保产业的一个重要组成部分,对于解决城市环境问题,提高城市的环境质量和生态承载能力,促进环境产业优化升级,转变经济增长方式等具有重要的意义。扬州市环境服务业虽然起步较早,但发展较为缓慢,尚处于初级发展阶段,存在规模较小、产业结构单一、产业市场化程度不高、产业发展机制不完善等问题。进一步发展扬州市环境服务业,需要从完善政策和机制、刺激环境服务业发展、培育环境服务企业、提高企业竞争力、合理规划环境服务业发展等多方面推进环境服务业的发展。

As an important part of environmental protection industry, environmental services industry has significance in sol- ing urban environment problems, improving urban environmental quality and ecological carrying capacity, optimizing and upgra- ling the industrial structure and changing the mode of economic growth. The environmental service industry started early in Yang- hou City, but it is still in the initial development stage. Problems encountered in environmental service development in Yangzhou nclude small scale, single industrial structure, low industry market level, imperfect mechanism for industrial development. Fur- her development of environmental services need to improve policies and mechanisms to stimulate the development of environmen- al services, foster environmental services enterprises, improve competitiveness of enterprises and rationalize the development plan, among others.
