Commentary on Application of GIS in Urban Ecological Planning

随着城市化进程的加快,城市生态环境问题越来越成为人们关注的焦点。高水平规划是实现社会、经济和环境协调发展的重要保障。本文介绍了地理信息系统(GIS)及其在城市生态规划中的应用,评述了研究现状,指出目前研究中数据精度低和统计数据缺乏等不足,并提出了研究热点和发展方向。

With the speedup of urbanization process, the problem of urban ecological environment is becoming a public fo- cus. High - level planning is an important guarantee for the coordinated development of society, economy and environment. This paper introduces the meaning and application of Geographic Information Systems（GIS） in urban ecological planning, reviews the research status and points out the deficiencies of low data accuracy and lack of statistical data. The research focus and the devel- opment directions of this field are also proposed.
